Beautiful and comfortable dress with panties. Made of cotton piqué fabric. It features wonderful lace on the collar, sleeves, and front. It's fully lined and closes in the back with mother-of-pearl buttons. The matching diaper cover has a slightly elastic waistband and legs for added comfort.
