Returns must be requested via the website, in your reserved area or using the link you received when you placed your order.
Only items in perfect condition will be returned.
Delivery of the product will be the responsibility of the customer, and the address to send the merchandise will be sent in the return authorization.
After receiving the refund, you can choose to receive the amount of your refund either as a Voucher, which will be processed automatically and available in the reserved area, or the amount paid will be refunded using the same method you used to make the payment. If you used the Multibanco reference, you will need to provide the IBAN to process the refund.
In the case of a return of an order with free shipping, the customer will be charged a €5 fee.
